Aluminum Furnace

We offer 4”/5”/6”/7”/9” aluminum alloy billets in aluminum alloys 6063, 6005, 6061, 6066, 6069, or other custom aluminum alloys. These are primarily used in bicycle parts or accessories, industrial materials to Europe and America.

Stable quality is our top priority. Our production process uses Pyrotek filter boxes to increase product stability and meet industrial requirements. If customers require even higher quality, we will add Pyrotek degassing to achieve grain refinement, ensuring the highest production standards. We use homogenizing furnaces to achieve a more perfect grain arrangement, resulting in excellent appearance of aluminum extruded parts.

To ensure Aluminum Billet quality, the laboratory uses ultrasonic detectors to inspect billets for potential internal and external cracks, and apply spectrometers to analyze the range of various aluminum alloy contents, and metallographic microscopes to examine grain size and distribution. These testing devices help us ensure the stability of product quality.
