Aluminum Anodizing

Our anodizing production line offers large 6-meter aluminum extrusion workpieces. We provide common film processes for anodizing in sliver and black finishes ranging from 4-13µm, with the thickest reaching 25µm.

Anodizing is highly sensitive to the aluminum alloy ratio and total impurities of aluminum alloy workpieces. If the customer provides an aluminum alloy workpiece with an incorrect alloy ratio or other factors, problems can easily arise during anodizing.

We have corresponding solutions for color differences, spots, white spots, white lines, yellowish tones, bluish tones, and reddish tones that may occur during the anodizing process.
