Aluminum Extrusion

We have six aluminum alloy extrusion production lines:

1. Two direct extrusion line

2.Four double-acting extrusion lines

We primarily produce bicycle rims, frame materials, and both seamed and seamless tubing. To ensure a perfect production process, we employ online inspection and offline quality control sampling to guarantee that workpieces meet customer requirements.

We apply T4 furnaces, T5 furnaces, and annealing furnaces to meet the different hardness and strength requirements of our customers' products.

After heat treatment, we will arrange 2D dimensional projection, hardness testing, and tensile testing (optional) to ensure quality meets customer needs.
