• Provide aluminum alloy high-quality 6005, 6063, 6061 or others (series 2xxx~7xxx)  from 4" to 9" aluminum bars or billets in house.

• Homogenous on demand.

• Pyrotek filter and degassing systems.

• Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope  and Ultrasonic flaw detector on site.

• Capability 3,000 tons or more per month.

• Supply aluminum alloy 6061-O seamless pipe from Φ15 ~ Φ120 mm.

• Supply alumium alloy bar, seam pipe, profiles on 6061-F, T4, T6 or 6063-T5 from size Φ10 ~ Φ200 mm. 

• 2D Size projector, Tensile testing machine, Hardness testing (HRB, HRF, HW,or others) on Site.

• Capability 500 tons or more per month.

• Produce 4um~ 12um adondizing films on the surface of aluminum alloy bar/ Profile. 

• Film thickness meter and Hardness testing on Site.

• Capability 500 tons or more per month.
